摘要
文章以十堰虹景阳光大厦为例,对住宅开发项目设计优化的思路、重点和策略进行分析,着重讨论建筑、结构、基础优化的做法和效果,使开发项目以期达到品质、安全与经济的平衡。
Taking Shiyan Hongjing Sunshine Building as example, the article ana- lyzes the thoughts, key points and strategy of housing development project, and focuses on the practice and effect of building, structure and foundation optimization to achieve balance between quality, safety and economy of develonment project.
