摘要
小单元幕墙是近几年逐渐推广应用的一种较新型的隐框玻璃幕墙形式,工厂化程度高,相对于传统玻璃幕墙,其质量控制更加严格并具有突出的特点。文章比较系统地阐述了隐框玻璃幕墙工程的设计、试验、材料、构件加工制作、施工安装、验收等主要环节的质量控制要点,并针对小单元幕墙的特点,有针对性地提出了需特别注意的问题。
Small unit curtain wall is a relatively new form of hidden flame glass curtain wall gradually popularized and applied in recent years, with high factory level, its quality control is more strict and has outstanding features relative to traditional glass curtain walls. The article systematically expounds the main points of quality control of design, test, material, member processing and manufacturing, construction and installation, acceptance and other key links, and puts forward problems need special attention in a target-oriented way aiming at characteristics of small unit curtain wall.
