摘要
从现浇混凝土楼板负弯矩钢筋偏位质量问题处理,引发对质量、安全问题界定的思考。从而发现板类设计中普遍按惯例将钢筋保护层厚度直接取为规范最小值,造成施工中实际楼板类构件负弯矩钢筋保护层厚度控制困难,普遍超设计要求,从而引发对过度加固问题的关注,以及如何通过荷载试验来解决。
Handling of quality problem of off-position of hogging moment steel bar of cast-in-place concrete floor slab causes thinking on definition of quality and safety problem. As a result, it is found the thickness of reinforcement cover of floor slab design directly adopts minimum value of specification by convention, which causes difficulty in control of thickness of protective cover of hogging moment steel bar of actual floor slab member in construction, and offdesign requirements in common, thus attention is given to the problem of excessive reinforcement, and how to solve it by load test.
