上海市既有高层住宅消防设施更新改造技术初探

Preliminary Probe into Renewal and Transformation Technology of Fire Fighting Facilities of Existing High-rise Housing in Shanghai

通过分析上海市卢湾区既有高层住宅消防设施存在的安全隐患,提出制定新的规范化管理制度、全面改造消防设施、补充更新消防设备等方案。通过一个典型的案例实践论证,认为对既有高层住宅消防设施更新、改造,是可以在一定程度上提高既有高层住宅的消防能力,改善住宅防火安全性能和小区居住条件。

By analyzing potential safety hazards of fire fighting facilities of existing high-rise housing in Luwan District, Shanghai, the article puts forward development of new standard management systems, comprehensive transformation of fire fighting facilities, supply and renewal of fire fighting equipment and other schemes. By practi-cal demonstration of a typical case, the paper thinks renewal and transformation of fire fighting facilities of existing high-rise housing can strengthen fire fighting capacity of existing high-rise housing, and improve fire safety of housing and housing conditions of housing estate.
