摘要
采取重复测量的实验设计,在体育课教学中引入领导力训练,研究领导力训练对学生领导力技能的影响。结果:实验前,实验班和控制班在领导力技能上不存在差异;实验后,实验班领导力技能明显优于控制班;延时(领导力训练结束3个月后)测定,实验班领导力技能得分仍然显著高于控制班。结论:在体育课教学中进行领导力训练,对学生的领导力技能干预有效;领导力训练效果具有一定的保持性。
The study adopted repeated measurement design to explore the impact of leadership training on leadership skills of students in physical education teaching.The results show that there was no difference between the experimental class and the control class in leadership before the experiment;whereas the experimental class was significantly superior to that of the control class after the experiment.And the results of time-lapse determination(3 months after leadership training) indicate that the subjects’ leadership in experimental class was still better than that in control class.Conclusion are drawn hence that intervention of leadership training in physical education was effective in students’ leadership skills.And the effect of leadership training can be retained to a certain degree.
