炎症细胞因子在良性前列腺增生发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 良性前列腺增生（benignprostatehyperplasia,BPH）是一种老年男性常见病,随着社会的老龄化,发病率逐年增加[1]。一般认为,BPH的发病机制主要与激素、生长因子、细胞凋亡等多个环节有关。目前研究发现,慢性炎症在BPH发病机制中起着重要作用。前列腺组织中慢性炎症的发生和持续存在,激发并维持着前列腺间质和上皮的增殖。
