摘要
采用溶液荧光法测定葛根中大豆苷元的含量.结果表明:在0.976～4.39μg.mL-1质量浓度范围内,碱性大豆苷元的荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,R=0.999.
Determining content of Daidzein in Puerariae Lobatae Radix with fluorimetric method. The result indicates that the data showed good linearity in the range of 0.976 - 4.39 μg·mL^-1 （R= 0.999）.
