摘要
板鞋竞速运动员应当按照其项目特点进行有针对性的训练,在制定板鞋竞速运动员大周期训练计划时,一定要遵循人体的动作技能形成规律,人体生理机能适应性规律,人体生理机能活动能力变化规律.文章对板鞋竞速运动员大周期训练计划的模式进行分析、论证,提出相应的建议,从而为板鞋竞速训练提供参考.
Skateboard racing athletes' training should be in accordance with the characteristics of their sports items. Therefore, a cycle training scheme should abide by the laws of the development of human motor skills, and of the adaptability and activity variation of human physiology. The article analyzes and expounds the cycle training scheme of skateboard racing sports, and puts forwards some corresponding suggestions so as to offer some reference for skateboard racing training.
