惠州市教师群体心理健康状况的调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对惠州市大、中、小学6所学校478教师的心理健康调查问卷分析,发现惠州市教师群体的心理健康状况不容乐观,有78.03%的教师存在着不同程度的心理问题.进一步的研究从性别、年龄、学历和职业类型4个方面分析了教师的心理健康状况,发现学历、职业类型会对教师群体的心理健康水平产生显著影响,而年龄和性别对教师群体的心理健康水平影响差异不显著.针对调查结果,提出若干提高教师心理健康水平的对策.这一研究结果对推动惠州市教师健康水平评估工作、建立健全教师心理健康评价体系具有积极意义. Questionnaire on teachers' psychological health was done in Huizhou. The study covered 478 teachers in 6 schools, including universities, middle and primary schools. Analysis results indicated that psychological health level of Huizhou teacher community was not optimistic, and 78.03 percent of the teachers had different levels of psychological problems. Further study on teachers' psychological health level was done based on sex, age, educational background and vocation classification. Results showed that educational background and vocation classification had significant effects on teachers' psychological health level, but age and sex had no significant effects on it. According to the analysis results, some advices were put forward to improve teachers' psychological health level. The study plays a significant role in promoting teachers' health level evaluation of Huizhou, and setting up as well as perfecting the teachers' psychological health evaluation system.
