自动化服务系统在高校图书馆使用的现状分析——以甘肃民族师范学院图书馆为例

Analysis on the Use of Automated Service System in College and University Libraries——Taking Gansu Normal University for Nationalities as an Example

汇文文献服务系统在民族院校图书馆的初步使用,提高了图书的利用率,减少了人力资源的浪费.但是,民族院校图书馆办馆理念和办馆实践与图书馆自动化发展结合还不够紧密,民族大学生对于图书馆的检索功能、电子资源等知之甚少.要解决以上问题,就要从提升图书馆在学校整体工作中的价值、对图书馆功能的认识要进一步深化、加强队伍建设、积极推进"以人为本"的办馆理念、加大经费投入力度、与省内兄弟院校建立友好关系,实现资源共享6个方面入手.

The preliminary use of literature service system in libraries of universities for Nationalities has enhanced the book＇s utilization rate, reduced the waste of human resources. However, the ideas and the practice of running university libraries are not closely associated with the development of library automation. Minority college students know little about the library search function and the electronic resources. To solve the above problem, we should start from the following six aspects： to promote the value of the library functions in school work, to deepen the understanding of the library functions, to strengthen team construction, to actively promote ＂people-oriented＂ concept to run a library, to increase the investment, and to establish friendly relations with universities and colleges in the province and share the resources.
