二级医院护理人员应用循证护理的现状及影响因素

Status quo and influencing factors of nursing staff usingEvidence-based Nursing in Two Grade hospitals

[目的]了解循证护理在二级医院的实施情况,分析影响循证护理临床应用的相关因素,为促进循证护理在二级医院的发展提供依据。[方法]随机整群抽取4所二级医院的215名护理人员作为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷,利用描述性分析、相关性分析及Logis-tic回归分析等统计学方法,系统地对二级医院循证护理的实施现状及影响因素进行分析研究。[结果]二级医院的护理人员在循证知识、循证态度、循证技能等方面有良好的基础;循证护理的实施与最高学历、工作年限和职称有相关性;医务人员的合作、相关培训和行政支持是影响循证护理临床实施的主要外在因素。[结论]目前二级医院在临床上已开始强调实施循证护理,但尚处于起步阶段,发展很不平衡;采取相应的措施,将有助于循证护理的临床实践。

Objective：To know about the status quo of implementation of Evidence- based Nursing in secondary hospitals and to analyze related factors of clinical application of Evidence- based Nursing, so as to pro- vide evidences for promoting development of Evidence- based Nursing in secondary hospitals. Methods= A total of 215 nurses in four secondary hospitals were randomly selected as the research object. The status quo of implementation and influencing factors of Evidence - based Nursing in secondary hospitals were systematically analyzed by using self- designed questionnaire and the statistical methods including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results： Nurses had a good foundation in evidence- based knowledge and evidence- based at- titude, evidence - based skills. There were correlation between implemen- tation of Evidence- based Nursing and the highest level of education, work experience and title. The cooperation of the medical staff, training and administrative support were the main external factors affecting the implementation of Evidence- based Nursing. Conclusion= At present, the secondary hospitals in clinical practice have begun to emphasize the im- plementation of Evidence - based Nursing, but it is still in its infancy and the development is very uneven.
