口腔护理干预对糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人短期治疗效果的影响

Influence of oral care intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis on short-term curative effect

[目的]探讨口腔护理干预对糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人短期治疗效果的影响。[方法]选择在我院进行治疗的38例糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)和观察组(强化口腔护理干预组)各19例,将两组病人的各项检测项目恢复时间、并发症发生率、满意率及干预前后的生存质量评分进行比较。[结果]观察组检测项目恢复时间、并发症发生率、满意率及干预后的生存质量评分方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]口腔护理干预对糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人短期治疗效果的影响明显,不仅可以改善口腔健康状态,而且可以进一步改善病人的综合生存状态。

Objective： To probe into the influence of oral care intervention on short - term treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Meth- ods：A total of 38 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis patients who were treated in hospital were selected as objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 19 cases in each. The recovery time of test items, incidence of complications, satisfaction rates and quality of life score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results：There was statistical significant difference in test i- tems recovery time,incidence of complications, satisfaction rate and qual- ity of life score in terms of after the iutervention and control gloup differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The oral care intervention has the significant influence on effect of short - term treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, and it can not only im- prove the oral health status, but also can further improve the integrated living conditions of patients.
