摘要
目的探索利用免疫规划制品数据库(Immunization Products Database,IPD)测算实施扩大国家免疫规划后,冷链容积需要量标准的制定方法(以市级为例)。方法利用IPD中每种产品的每剂体积乘以该产品接种剂次数,并考虑损耗系数、使用系数和贮存系数等因素,根据人口数与出生率计算出实际需要的冷链容积。结果根据冷链容积需要量公式,计算出完成全程常规免疫接种(22剂)市级疾病预防控制中心冷链容积需要量为8.25m3/100万人口新生儿,其中冷藏容积为8.11m3/100万人口新生儿,冷冻容积为0.13m3/100万人口新生儿。结论通过IPD的产品每剂体积和基于IPD的产品编码收集的接种剂次数,可以对实施扩大国家免疫规划后冷链容积需要量进行测算,为政府配置冷链提供依据。
Objective To understand the method of calculating cold chain capacity equipments for standard setting at city level by using immunization products database (IPD) after the implementation of expanded program on immunization (EPI). Methods According to the birth cohort and data of population to calculate the requirements of cold chain capacity by formulate of vaccinated doses multiply volume of each dose of IPD, and consider the wastage coefficient, usage coefficient and storage coefficient. Results The whole routine immunization (22-doses) need cold chain capacity requirements for the 8.25 m^3/1,000,000, among them, 8.11 m^3/1,000,000 are refrigerated, and 0.13 m^3/1,000,000 are frozen volume. Conclusion Cold chain capacity for immunization program can be precisely measured with dose volume from IPD and vaccinated doses based on IPD products code, which will provide scientific evidence for cold chain equipment.
