近期各地频发的校车事故并不是孤立事件,这是长期的城市中心论、教育资源不公平配置、社会阶层分化的必然结果,也是农村阶层固化在教育领域的反映。校车事件表明农村阶层分化与教育分化循环累积因果效应已经形成,处于社会最底层的农村贫困家庭子女的发展环境持续恶化,已经造成严重的社会危害。只有尽快废除不合理的城乡二元体制,纠正不公平的教育投资机制,大幅增加教育经费投入,提高农村地区贫困家庭的教育补助,我们才能确保基础教育阶段教育机会的相对公平,促进阶层之间的合理流动,缓解社会危机,实现和谐发展。
