农村阶层分化与教育分化的循环累积因果效应分析 被引量:10

摘要 近期各地频发的校车事故并不是孤立事件,这是长期的城市中心论、教育资源不公平配置、社会阶层分化的必然结果,也是农村阶层固化在教育领域的反映。校车事件表明农村阶层分化与教育分化循环累积因果效应已经形成,处于社会最底层的农村贫困家庭子女的发展环境持续恶化,已经造成严重的社会危害。只有尽快废除不合理的城乡二元体制,纠正不公平的教育投资机制,大幅增加教育经费投入,提高农村地区贫困家庭的教育补助,我们才能确保基础教育阶段教育机会的相对公平,促进阶层之间的合理流动,缓解社会危机,实现和谐发展。 Frequent bus accident is not an isolated incident, which is the inevitable result of long-term city center theory, imbalanced educational resources allocation and the differentiation of social class, as well as the reflection of rural stratification on the educational field. The school bus accident shows that social stratification and educational differentiation cumulative causal effect has been formed; the development environment of the rural poor children at the bottom of society of rural continues to worsen, which has caused serious social crisis. Only as soon as possible to abolish unreasonable urban and rural two dollar system, correct the unfair education investment mechanism, increase educational investment, improve education allowance to the rural areas and poor family, can we ensure the basic fairness of education opportunity in the foundation stage of education, promote the reasonable flow among the classes, alleviates the social crisis, and achieve the harmonious development.
