摘要
近些年我国的食品安全问题一直备受质疑,近期"地沟油"事件再次出现,暴露了其中监管乏力、检测无方和综合利用不足等诸多遗憾。对"地沟油"检测鉴定和回收利用的研究进展进行了总结,以期能为相关人员和机构的研究提供一定帮助。
In recent years China＇s food safety has been questioned, the ＂restaurant waste oil＂ incident appeared again recently, which exposed the inadequate supervision and the shortage of efficient testing and utilization. The research on detection and identification and recycle of ＂the restaurant waste oil＂ are summarized in order to provide some help for related personnel.
