浅谈黑瞎子岛开放开发初期的生态环境保护措施

黑瞎子岛位于中俄边界抚远县境内,原始生态环境良好,自然资源丰富,泡沼星罗棋布。为了在开发中保护岛内自然生态景观和湿地生态功能,应科学划分保护区范围、明确土地权属界限、建立生态补偿机制。

Heixiazi Island is located at fuyuan county, and situated in the boundary between China and Rus- sia. It has good ecoenvironment with rich natural resources, dotted bubble marshy. How is its ecoenvironment protected in the development process？ Firstly, the range of protected areas should be scientifically divided to determine the land ownership boundaries; secondly, the mechanism on ecological compensation should be es- tablished. All these measures aim to protect the natural ecological landscape and wetland ecological functions within the island.
