摘要
介绍7.00-15 12PR轻型载重斜交轮胎的优化设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径由744mm增大到762mm,轮胎断面宽由178mm增大到180mm,行驶面宽度由138mm增大到144mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)由0.807减小到0.772,采用变节距花纹设计,花纹周节数56,花纹饱和度73.4%。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用4层1870dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用成型机成型,自动硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、静负荷性能和耐久性能均符合设计和相应标准要求。
The optimized design of 7.00--15 12PR light truck and bus bias tire was described. In structure design, the overall diameter increased from 744 mm to 762 mm, cross-sectional width in- creased from 178 mm to 180 mm,width of running surface increased from 138 mm to 144 mm,and cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) decreased from 0. 807 to 0. 772. Tread pattern with unequal pitch was designed with number of pattern pitch at 56 and block/groove ratio at 73.4%. In construction design,the following processes were taken: three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 4 layers of 1870dtex/2V1 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;using building machine to build tires,and using automatic vulcanizer to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, static load performance and endurance performance met the requirements in the relative design and standard.
