摘要
头屯河水库放水涵洞作为水库泄流排沙的主要通道,运行多年,工作闸室和明流段底板磨损非常严重。因此,在其抗冲磨加固实践中采用了一级配C40F200W8钢筋混凝土表面铺装球墨铸铁块作为保护层的技术。实践证明,该技术对放水涵洞底板的抗冲磨起到了一定的作用,球墨铸铁块优异的抗冲磨性能也得到了充分体现,为类似水工建筑物的抗冲磨加固提供一定的参考。
As a main discharge and desihing passage, the draw-off culvert of Toutunhe Reservoir Discharge Culvert has operated for many years, of which the bottom slabs of both the working gate chamber and the open-channel section have been seriously abrased. Therefore, a technique for the protection layer, i.e. a kind of reinforced concrete with the grade of C40F200W8 covered by the blocks of nodular cast iron, is adopted for the abrasion--resistance reinforcement. The practice shows that the technique has a certain effect on the abrasion-resistance reinforcement of the bottom slab of the draw-off culvert, while an excellent abrasion- resistant performance of nodular cast iron is fully exerted, and then a certain reference is provided for the abrasion-resistant rein- forcement of the similar hydraulic works as well.
