从美与功利、美与新、美与主体、美与道德、美与形象等五个方面看,成功企业是符合真的要求的企业,是尊重创新、激励创新、不断创新的企业,是努力提高员工的主体性、实现人本主义管理的企业,是诚信的企业,是有美好的企业形象的企业。综合考虑企业的目标、发展、管理、经营、形象诸方面,美既是企业成功的必由之路,也是成功企业的标志。
From five relationships between beauty and utilitarian, beauty and new, beauty and subject, beauty and moral, as well as beauty and image, a successful enterprise is an enterprise that meets the requirement of being true. It should respect and encourage innovation , as well as incentive innovation. The successful enterprise would engage in improving the subjectivity of the employees and people-oriented in it's management. The successful enterprise should be integrity-based and keep its elegant image to the public. Comprehensively considering the aspects of the enterprise including the objectives, the development, the management, the operation and the image, beauty is the only way to a successful enterprise, and beauty is also a sign of the successful businesses.
