滑膜刨削对关节镜清理术治疗老年骨性膝关节炎疗效的影响

The effects of synovectomy on treating knee join osteoarthritis with debridement

目的:探讨滑膜刨削对关节镜清理术治疗老年骨性膝关节炎疗效的影响。方法:将112例膝关节骨关节炎患者分为2组,A组在关节镜清理术中将增生的滑膜尽量刨削,B组在术中不行滑膜刨削或仅刨削阻挡关节镜视野的少量滑膜。结果:112例均得到随访,根据HSS膝关节功能评分表予以评定,术后1个月与6个月2组评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滑膜刨削对关节镜清理术治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的近期及远期疗效无积极影响,应尽量减少滑膜刨削的范围。

Objective： To observe the effects of synovectomy on treating knee join osteoarthritis with debridement. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with elderly degenerative osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into group A, which were treated with synovectomy under arthroscopy debridement as far as possible and group B were treated with synovectomy as few as possible. Results： All cases were followed up and evaluated by HSS knee score table. At 1 month and 6 months after operation, the HSS scores of two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Synovectomy has good effects on the elderly knee join osteoartbritis treatment with debridement arthroscopy. The scope of the synoveetomy should be reduced.
