摘要
本文基于"工作过程"和"学习领域"视角,提出并探讨了口译人才培养的"3P"模式。作者认为,口译实践的"工作过程"分为译前准备、现场表现和评估总结三个阶段;口译训练的"学习领域"包括职业训导、项目实训和顶岗实习三个层次。在此基础上,作者探讨了三个层次的具体训练模式,开拓与丰富了口译人才培养模式的"3P"内涵。
Based on the perspectives of working process and learning fields,this paper proposes and analyzes the 3P Models for interpreters' training. The author argues that interpreting practice is divided into three phases including Preparing, Per- forming and Packaging, and there are three successive stages for interpreters training, namely Professional Training, Project Simu- lation and Practice Interpreting. Based on the above, the author explores the specific training models for these three stages, which further enriches the implication of 3P models for inter- preters training.
