高绩效工作系统与雇员工作满意度的关系研究——基于Meta分析的探讨 被引量:8

摘要 高绩效工作系统与雇员工作满意度之间关系的研究结论存在显著差异。本文在检索主要的学术数据库中关于高绩效工作系统与雇员工作满意度之间关系研究文献的基础上,对两者之间的关系进行Meta分析,结果表明两者之间存在显著的正向关系,同时探索了可能调节两者之间关系的变量,并提出了未来研究的方向。
