艾滋病发热中医诊疗标准规程调查问卷构建及分析

Analysis of Survey Questionnaires of Diagnosis and Treatment Procedures in Traditional Chinese Medicine for AIDS with Fever

目的为规范艾滋病发热中医诊疗行为和提高艾滋病发热中医临床水平,构建艾滋病发热中医诊疗标准规程。方法通过查阅国内外中英文文献和专家论证,结合临床,制订艾滋病发热中医诊疗专家调查问卷并进行专家咨询,用德尔菲法对调查问卷结果进行统计学验证。结果艾滋病发热的中医检查内容、诊断标准、辨证分型(外感和内伤发热)、中医治疗和调护满分比为100%,均值、等级和等统计数值最高,变异系数为0.00,专家协调程度高,可以纳入诊疗标准规程。中医概述、病因病机和辨证标准等的满分比、均值等较低,变异系数较大,专家的协调程度较差。结论初步形成了艾滋病发热中医诊疗标准规程,对艾滋病发热中医概述、病因病机、辨证标准等做进一步专家咨询和论证后,有望形成具有权威性和代表性的中医诊疗标准规程。

Objective To regulate the behavior of diagnosis and treatment of TCM for AIDS with fever and improve the clinical level, making the standard procedures of diagnosis and treatment in TCM for AIDS with fever. Methods Looking up the literatures at home and abroad and consulting AIDS experts, Delphi method was used to make survey questionnaire of TCM diagosis and treatment procedure for AIDS with fever. Results On the basis of 2-round survey questionnaires, full marks ratio was 100% in the examination diagnosis standard, syndrome differentiation （exogenous and endogenous fever）, therapy and nursing, and other statistical numerical values including mean value and grade were the highest and the variation coefficient was 0.00, which indicating experts coordination degree was high and can be integrated into the standard procedure diagnosis and treatment. While full mark ratio and mean value were low in summary, etiology and syndrome differentiation standard, and the variation coefficient was high, indicating experts coordination degree was low. Conclusion This study initially formed the standard procedure of diagnosis and treatment of TCM for AIDS with fever. By consulting further by clinical experts, it is possible to make the authoritative and representative standard procedure.
