摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),胸苷激酶1(TK1)的检测用于乳腺癌诊断中的意义。方法应用化学发光法检测血清中VEGF与TK1的含量,分析这两种指标与临床指标的关系。结果 VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者的血清VEGF、TK1水平明显高于乳腺良性病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05)且与VEGF、TK1水平呈正相关。结论乳腺癌VEGF的表达与血管生成及早期复发有关,VEGF对乳腺癌淋巴结转移具有间接促进作用,有助于判断有无淋巴结转移及预后;在乳腺癌生长过程中,随着TK1表达量由低到高,VEGF促进肿瘤细胞生长的作用增强。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of detection of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and thy- midine kinase 1(TK1 ) in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The levels of VEGF and TK1 in the sera of breast cancer were detected by Chemiluminescence. Then the relationship between the two parametres and the clinical indicators was analyzed. Re- suits VEGF expression was closely related to lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Breast cancer patients serum VEGF and TK1 levels were significantly higher than those of the normal benign breast disease group and the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and were positively correlated. Conclusion VEGF expression in breast cancer is related to angiogenesis and early recurrence. It plays an indirect role in promoting lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. The expression of VEGF can help prognosis and judgment of lymph node metastasis. In the course of breast cancer growth, as the TK1 expression moves from low to high, VEGF is intensified in its function to promote tumor cell growth.
