自发性蛛网膜下腔出血再出血30例危险因素分析及预防 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)再出血的危险因素,减少或预防再出血的发生。方法在2001~2011年收治的145例SAH病例中,对30例发生再出血的病例危险因素进行分析,并探讨预防对策。结果情绪波动、高血压、用力排便、剧烈咳嗽、患者过早下床活动是SAH再出血的危险因素。结论针对再出血危险因素,采取有效的治疗措施和防治方法,使患者了解并且避免诱发因素是降低再出血发生率的重要措施。
