摘要
用WO3溶胶对羊毛织物进行阻燃处理,并采用极限氧指数(LOI)、剩炭率、热分析、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对处理前后羊毛织物的阻燃性能及热降解行为进行了研究。对比未阻燃的样品,阻燃羊毛织物的剩炭率、极限氧指数升高,热降解速率变缓、放热峰温度升高,阻燃性得到明显改善。依据阻燃羊毛织物的热降解行为的变化,对该阻燃羊毛织物的阻燃机理做了初步探讨。
The wool was treated by WO3 sol. The flame retardance and thermal stability of samples were studied by thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , limited oxygen index (LOI) and char yield methods. The wool treated with WO3 sol increased in LOI and char yield, decreased in the rate of thermal degradation, and increased in the temperature of exothermic peak, which indicated that the flame retardance of treated wool was improved compared to that of untreated wool. The effect of the flame retardants on its mechanism has been proposed according to the change of the thermal degradation behavior of flame retardant wool.
