摘要 采用休止编织技术,在电脑横机上编织后直接生产出成形的座椅套。利用盒形针织物的成形原理,将三维结构的座套转换成二维图样,按照所要求的尺寸计算成形工艺,利用电脑横机花型程序软件制作程序,然后在电脑横机上编织,下机后即形成三维结构。在此基础上,还可以对外观轮廓进行改进,或是利用电脑横机编织出丰富多样的花型;而且,采用筒状成形织物也可制作靠背椅套。研究结果期望为三维座椅套的生产提供参考,同时也为毛衫企业在产品开发方面提供一条新思路。 By adopted time-out knitting technology, fully fashion seating cover can be producted directly. With the forming principle of boxlike knitted fabric, three-dimensional structure of seating cover is transferred to two-dimensional extension graph, according to which we can calculate forming technology. Afterwards we can carry out pattern program and knitting on the flatting knitting machine, and we will get a three-dimensional knitted structure as a result. Furthermore, we can improve the cover by modifying the outline or knitting plentiful pattern by computerized fiat knitting machine. We can still product back cover using tubular fully fashion fabric. It aims to provide references to product three- dimensional seating cover, and also exploit a new way on product development for sweater enterprises.
