羊毛/锦纶一浴一步染色同色性工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析了弱酸性染料用于羊毛与锦纶2种纤维一浴一步染色同色性差的机理,对常用弱酸性染料用于羊毛与锦纶2种纤维同浴染色工艺进行了实验优化,得出:以弱酸性黄GN为代表的7只染料,染色工艺中加阻染剂前后锦纶与羊毛2种纤维色差均不大;以弱酸性黄M-4GL为代表的3只染料,染色工艺中加阻染剂后2种纤维色差值明显减小;以弱酸性黄GL为代表的2只染料,无论是否加阻染剂,2种纤维同色性都较差;以弱酸性黄E为代表的2只染料,染色时无需加阻染剂,否则增大2种纤维的色差。将优化后工艺用于羊毛/锦纶混纺纱线染色,同色性能好。 Based on the analysis of the mechanism that causes the inferior of tone-on-tone effects of wool and nylon fibers in one-bath-one-step using weakly acid dyes, the dyeing process of wool and nylon fibers in one-bath, with common weakly acid dyes, is optimized by a series of tests. Through tests conducted, following results are obtained. Firstly, the differences in color of wool and nylon fibers, using seven dyes with corresponding dyeing processes like acid yellow GN, are insignificant with or without resistance agent. Secondly, the differences of both wool and nylon fibers reduce remarkably after adding resistance agent using three dyes like acid yellow M-4GL. Thirdly, the tone-on-tone effects of wool and nylon fibers are poor using two dyes like acid yellow GL, whether or not resistance agent is applied. Lastly, when using other two dyes like acid yellow E, adding resistance agent will enlarge the differences in color of the two fibers. The tone-on-tone effects of union dyeing fibers of wool and nylon have improved dramatically by employing optimized dyeing process.
