磺化合成鲸蜡油/脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复合乳液体系的性能研究

摘要 以磺化合成鲸蜡油(SSW)为对象,考察脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类(AEO)表面活性剂对SSW复合乳液体系的影响,主要研究了SSW/AEO复合表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(cmc)以及SSW/AEO/CNO/水复合乳液体系的表面张力、动态润湿角、粒度分布和Zeta电位等。结果表明:SSW与AEO复配后cmc增大,其中SSW/AEO9复合表面活性剂的cmc为0.485 g·L-1;复合乳液体系的表面张力降低,润湿能力增强,其中SSW/AEO9/CNO/水复合乳液体系的表面张力为25.05 mN·m-1,平均粒径为72 nm,具有更好的耐酸稳定性。 Taking sulfonated synthetic spermaceti wax (SSW) as the object, effects of surfactant AEO on the formation of SSW composite emulsion system were examined. The study was mainly focused on the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the blended surfactant SSW/AEO as well as the surface tension, dynamic contact angle, particle size distribution and Zeta potential of the composite emulsion system composed with SSW,AEO,composite non- polar solvent (CNO) and water. Results showed that:the blending of AEO into the SSW increases the cmc of the system that achieves 0. 485 g L-1 and the composite emulsion system (SSW/AEO/CNO/H20) displays lower surface tension that achieves 25.05 mN m-1 and higher wetting power. Besides, the average particle of the composite emulsion system (SSW/AEO9/CNO/H20) achieves 72 nm and displays better acid resistant stability.
