摘要
首先简要介绍了可变进气歧管技术,然后对某型可变进气歧管进行仿真分析,分析其在各工况下的进气均匀性是否满足设计要求。结果表明流量系数的偏差均控制在±2.2%以内,满足控制在±2.5%以内的评价标准。因此,可以说进气均匀性良好,满足设计要求。
The article introduced technology of a variable intake manifold, firstly. And then we had a simulation analysis to evaluate whether intake evenness of intake manifold was been met or not in two working condition. The results indicated that it met the evaluation standard that deviation of charge coefficient was less than ±2.2%. Therefore, the intake evenness was very good and the variable intake manifold met design requirement.
