摘要
针对某发动机在实际使用过程中其喷油器铜垫出现烧蚀的现象，对该现象进行了原因分析、设计改进、台架试验及实际使用验证，找到了发生故障的原因，提出了喷油器铜垫改进结构方案。
Aiming at a kind of engine whose oil atomizer copper mat is ablate during practical use, the paper analyzed its reasons, improved its design, made a bench test and verified its use, so found the reasons for troubles and finally put forward a program for improving the mat.
