摘要
对SF6气体分解产物的组成及其体积分数进行测定和分析研究与SF6电气设备安全运行密切相关。笔者建立了SF6电气设备模拟放电试验方法,使用气相色谱法、离子色谱法及检测管法对不同模拟放电条件下SF6气体分解产物的生成过程、相对体积分数关系等方面进行研究,寻找表征不同放电故障类型的特征气体,从而得到SF6气体分解产物的变化情况与SF6电气设备故障之间的内在联系。该项研究提出对SF6气体分解产物定量检测以评判电气设备内部状态的理论与方法,对实现SF6电气设备由于放电引起的突发性故障的早期诊断和预测有着重大意义。
Measurement and analysis of the SF6 decomposition products is important to safe operation of electrical equipment. A simulated discharge test method for SF6 insulated electrical equipment is established, and SF6 decomposition products under different simulated discharge conditions are hence investigated via gas chromatography, ion chromatography and detector tube method with regard to the generation process and volume fraction of the products to find the characteristic products which can characterize different discharge faults. This study provides theory and method for judging SF6 insulated electrical equipment's internal state by quantitative detection of SF6 decomposition products, which may be of significance in early diagnosis and prediction of abrupt faults of the equipment due to discharge.
