Design of Receiver Testing System for ZPW-2000R Frequency-shift Automatic Block System

ZPW-2000R移频自动闭塞系统是先进的国产新型自动闭塞系统。针对该系统生产过程中人工检测费用高、效率低、误差大等问题,提出一种基于DSP技术的ZPW-2000R移频自动闭塞系统接收机测试系统设计。该系统以TMS320F2812 DSP作为控制核心,通过控制AD9833产生移频信号,通过AD模块对待测参数进行采样与校正,实现了产品测试过程由人工测试方式转变为自动测试方式,以此来提高测试的效率和可信度。经黑龙江瑞兴科技公司实际测试与应用证明,该系统自动化程度高,性能稳定,提高了测试效率,具有较高的推广和应用价值。

ZPW-2000R frequency-shift automatic block system is a new advanced automatic block system. In view of the high cost of the manual testing in the production process,the low efficiency and Large errors,this paper puts forward a design of a receiver testing system for ZPW-20OOR frequency-shift automatic block system which based on the technolo- gy of DSP. The system uses TMS320F2812 DSP as the control core,and it can generate frequency-shift signal by con- trolling AD9833. It also can measure and correct parameters through the AD module. Then,the product testing process can be transferred from manual testing into automatic testing and the efficiency and credibility of the test will be im- proved. The testing and application in Heilongjiang Ruixing Technology Company prove that the system has high degree of automation,stable performance and improve the testing efficiency,which has high promotion and application value.
