资源型城市转型中先导产业选择:流通产业视角

目前,我国的煤炭资源型城市面临着资源枯竭、生态环境破坏、产业结构畸形、社会就业困难以及城市空间结构优化等问题,产业转型问题因此引起了社会各界的关注。随着经济的发展,流通产业在国民经济中的基础产业地位和先导性作用越来越明显,但受现实约束条件和传统观念的限制,流通产业不能自动地成为先导性产业。在煤炭资源型城市产业转型过程中,流通产业能否成为先导产业?本文对此进行可行性分析,以期为我国煤炭资源型城市产业转型提供新思路。

Now, China＇s coal resources cities face resource exhaustion, ecological environmental damage,the industrial structure deformity, social employment difficulties and the urban space structure optimization problems, so the question of industry transformation caused the focus of the society. With the development of economy,circulation industry in the national economy foundation industry status and related functions are becoming more and more obvious, but be realistic constraint conditions and traditional concept limit,circulation industry can＇t automatically become related industry. In the coal industry transformation of resources city process, the circulation industry can become the leading industry？ In this paper, this feasibility analysis,to China coal industry transformation of resources city provides new ideas.
