摘要
为了深入研究采煤工作面煤体集中应力区注水卸压技术,针对深矿井高应力集中区巷道易变形及冲击地压等问题,采用FLAC-3D数值模拟软件对煤体应力集中区进行了不同注水方案下煤体湿润范围及卸压效果模拟研究,结果表明在距切眼10m处每隔15m三个注水孔同时采用动压注水,注水时间不低于24h,采煤工作面应力集中区的煤体湿润面积最大,应力得到较好的转移或释放。通过现场应用,验证了模拟方案的合理性,并使注水参数得到优化。
In order to study about the pressure releasing techonology with water-affusion into coal in concentratedstress area, according to the issue of the roadway easily deformation and rock burst in high stress area of deep mine,the FLAC-3D value simulation software was applied to simulate the coal moisture scope and release of pressure in concentrated stress areas where take the different water injection scheme, the results showed that the wet area of the coal was the largest and the stress get a batter transfer or released in concentrated stress area in mining face where the three injection hole which every 15 m that 10 m far away from cut eye take the dynamic water injection pressure at the same time. With the practices in the projects, the rationality of the simulation plan was verified and the water-affusion parameters were optimized.
