科研不端行为的维度与测量

The dimension and measurement of scientific misconduct

本研究开发了一个科研不端行为量表。首先,通过内容分析法收集并提炼出科研不端行为的陈述题项,形成初始量表;然后,通过因子分析对初始量表进行探索性因素分析,并进行信度检验;最后,通过SEM检验了量表的结构效度。研究结果显示,科研不端行为具有科学导向和关系导向的二阶双因素结构。

A measure of scientific misconduct, Scientific Misconduct Scale （SMS） , is developed in this study. First, we collect and refine the statement item of scientific misconduct by content analysis, and form initial scale. And then, we conduct exploratory factor analysis for initial scale by factor analysis, and reliability test. Finally, we test the scale＇ s structural validity by SEM. The results indicate that, scientific misconduct is second order double factors structure included factual orientation and social orientation.
