摘要
本文应用自适应套孔爬山法求解五层金属光波导复本征方程 ,计算得到了 TM0 0 模的正常解和异常解 ,给出了正常解和异常解的模场分布情况 。
This paper analyzes the normal and the abnormal solution of the equation of five layer optical waveguide with metal cladding and discusses the condition to excite the abnormal solution through analyzing the distributing of the two model fields.The adaptive zoom hill climbing method is applied in solving the equation of five layer optical waveguide with metal cladding.
