摘要 声光Q开关作为调Q器件用于激光腔内,在脉冲工作方式下,首个脉冲激光的能量相当大,会造成声光器件损毁或激光打标的标记过深。传统的首脉冲抑制需调制信号和外控信号2个外部输入信号,用户在使用过程中感觉操作较繁琐且易出错。该文介绍了一种自动抑制首脉冲强度的方法。首脉冲自动抑制技术是通过单片机(MCU)与可编程逻辑阵列门电路(CPLD)自动改变前几个脉冲的宽度,达到自动抑制前几个光脉冲强度的目的。 The acousto-optic Q switch is used in the laser cavity as an acousto-optic modulation Q device. In the pulse operating mode,the first pulse laser has so considerable power that the acousto-optic crystal can be destroyed or make the laser mark too deep. The conventional first pulse suppressive (FPS) technology uses two external imput signals of the modulation signal and the burst signal to supress the first pulse power, thus the operation is rather complex and easy to cause error. A novel first pulse auto-suppression method has been presented in this work. The proposed FPS technology uses MCU and CPLD to change the width of the previous pulses automatically, thus the light pulse intensity of the previous pulses can be suppressed automatically.
