摘要
从压电式传感器物理原理出发,导出了压电式传感器动态特性的物理数学方程;提出了压电式传感器动态特性补偿原理,并给出了具体的数字化动态补偿实现方法。通过扫频原理获得了一种新型钵状差动式压电加速度传感器精确模型,运用该文数字化动态补偿方法,完成了该型传感器补偿器。对比补偿前后的产感器扫频曲线,表明该文方法可以达到很好的动态特性补偿效果。
From the basic physical principles, the mathematical equations are deduced to describe the piezoelectric sensor dynamic characteristics. The compensation principle for dynamic of the piezoelectric sensor is given. _And the digital dynamic compensation method is proposed. The method has been successfully used to an accurate model of a new bowl-shaped differential piezoelectric accelerometer, and its dynamics characteristics have been improved significantly.
