KDP晶体电弹常数的测量

摘要 采用LRC电桥、谐振法和干涉法分别测量了磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体的相对介电常数、弹性应变常数和压电应变常数,并与文献中的相应数值作比较。该文实验测到KDP晶体的弹性柔顺系数s11=3.11×10-11 m2/N,弹性劲度系数c11=4.6×1010 N/m2,与以往相关文献中报道不符;压电应变常数d14=9.51×10-12 C/N,纠正了以往相关文献中的不精确报道;其他电弹系数的测试结果与文献数值相符。 In this paper, the relative dielectric constants, the elastic compliance constants and the piezoelectric strain constants of K H2 PO4 (KDP)crystal have been determined by the LRC bridge, resonant method and the interferometric method respectively, and these parameters have been compared with those of the literature values. The measured elastic coefficient s11 and the elastic stiffness coefficient c11 are 3.11 × 10 ^-11 m2/N and 4.6 × 10^10 N/m2 re spectively,which are different from the values reported in the literature. The measured piezoelectric strain constant d14 is 9.51 × 10^-12C/N,thus the value reported in the literatures has been corrected. The other values of electro-elas- tic constants determined in this test are consistent with the literatures.
