摘要 针对现有MTC系统改造为组合收费系统的需要,提出了基于双区域通信的ETC与MTC组合收费系统设计方法。给出了组合收费系统的系统框架和ETC系统结构图;对单通信ETC车道系统和双通信ETC车道系统进行了比较分析,得出了组合收费系统中采用双通信ETC车道系统的优势;分析了组合式收费两种主要的车道部署方式和其优缺点,给出了组合收费系统的工作流程。实践证明该方法可行,为改造现有的MTC系统提供了一种思路。 Abstract: Aiming at the need of transforming the existing manual toll collection system, a design method of combinativetoll collection system based on dual-regional communication was presented. The framework of combinalive toll collection and the ETC system structure were proposed. By analyzing the ETC lane system on a single regional communication and dual regional communication, the advantages of using the dual regional communication of the combined toll collection system. The advantages and disadvantages of two main toll lane deployment were analyzed, giving the workflnw of combinalive toll collection. Practice proved that the method was stable and feasible, providing an idea to transform the existing MTC system.
