摘要
建立基于食品安全为首要目标的食品供应链管理十分必要。为此,应构建应对食品安全事故快速反映的信息共享平台,在供应链内部建立统一的产品质量标准,提高食品供应链上企业的集约化程度,实施标识管理和可追溯制度,确保食品安全。
The primary objective-based food safety fi)od supply chain management is necessary. To do this, should be established to deal with food safety incidents quickly reflect information-sharing platform, and to establish uniform standards for product quality within the supply chain, improve tile degree of intensification of the enterprises in the food supply chain, the implementation of identity management and traceability system to ensure food safety.
