高校后勤物流作为物流的一个组成部分,离不开现代物流系统化的管理。进入2l世纪的中国高等学校,随着市场机制的完善,将面临着严峻的竞争与考验。对于高校后勤的运行管理,也要考虑成本的大小、效率的高低以及服务的质量。在高校里建立一套完备、高效的物流体系是十分必要的。文章就高校后勤物流系统构建的目标、特征、构成和运营模式等方面进行了研究和探讨,归纳总结出我国高校后勤物流系统的整体构架。
