基于供应链管理思想的应用型物流管理人才培养模式探索

Study on the Talent Education Model for Applied Logistics Personnel Based on Supply Chain Management

目前中国正处在传统工业化向新型工业化转变的阶段,生产方式的转变促使在经济活动和管理活动中企业对应用型物流管理人才需求的不断增长。培养应用型物流管理人才是适应我国经济结构和产业结构调整、升级的迫切要求。将供应链管理理论引入高校物流管理人才培养体系当中,分析了应用型物流管理人才的供应链结构,构建应用型物流管理人才培养的供应链模型,建立了包括目标机制、运行机制和保障机制在内的"三元培养机制",试图对应用型物流管理人才培养模式进行探索。

China is in a stage of traditional industrialization to the new industrialization, Changes in the mode of production prompted the demand growing for the application of personnel in economic and management activities. Applied personnel of logistics management is an urgent requirement to adapt to China＇s economic structure and industrial structure adjustment. In this paper, supply chain management theory is linked into the college logistics management personnel system, analysised the supply chain structure of application of logistics management talent, established the supply chain model fur the application of logistics management personnel training, proposed three training mechanism, including the target mechanism, operation and safeguard, trying to explore a talent education model for applied logistics personnel.
