摘要
以荷花家园廉租房的规划建筑设计为切入点,揭示廉租房规划设计要点,提出"自然生态、和谐"的廉租房规划设计理念。并浅析了廉租房住宅人群居住行为特点及一般套型设计模式,让居住空间具备充分的可变性和可持续发展要求。
To reveal the key points of low- rent house design from Lotus Low-rent House Garden,the design concept for low-rent house is based on the principles of ＂Natural ecology and harmony＂. After analyzing the behavior of the residents, I designed a module of the flat layout which meets these two requirements： 1. Adequate variability of the living space; 2. Sustainable development.
