城市河流廊道规划设计策略——以西宁北川河为例

The Planning and Design Strategy of Urban River Corridor ——Taking Beichuan River in Xining as an Example

通过对围绕西宁北川河开展的三个工程实践的梳理,引入河流廊道的概念,将不同层面的三个项目放在统一的平台加以分析和比较,指出河道治理过程中存在的问题,并对治理中存在的目标体系缺失和过程失控的原因进行了初步探讨。最后,总结河流廊道治理的规划设计策略。

Through combing three engineering practices carried out on Beichuan river in Xining, introducing the concept of river corridor, integrate different levels of the three items on a unified platform for analysis and comparison. Point the existing problems in the process of river training and study the cause for the deletion of the target system and process out of control in the governance. Finally, sum up the planning and design strategy of river corridor management.
