蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫表面抗原与临床诊断的研究进展

摘要 蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病简称贾第虫病,由寄生在人体内的蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫感染引起,以腹痛、腹泻和吸收不良为主要症状,在儿童中还能引起吸收不良和发育障碍[1]。蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病呈全球性分布,在发展中国家和发达国家均有感染病例的报道,本虫世界范围的感染率约为1%～20%,
