摘要
:光学传递函数(OTF)标准镜头的研制是OTF测定仪标定中必不可少的环节。通过对红外OTF标准镜头的设计、加工、标定等内容的介绍,表明所研制的标准镜头理论设计值与实际测量值基本一致,达到了设计指标要求。
The development of OTF standard lens is a key link in the calibration of OTF tester.It is shown that the theoretic design values are in essential agreement with the measured values,and the OTF standard lens can be used as an OTF delivery standard.
