奥曲肽联合地塞米松治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床观察

Clinical observation of Octreotide combined with Dexamethasone in Patients with adhesion ileus

目的:观察用醋酸奥曲肽联合地塞米松治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:选择59例粘连性肠梗阻住院患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组患者采用奥曲肽进行皮下注射或静脉滴注24 h维持,地塞米松静脉注射,同时进行补液、胃肠减压或者禁食等方法进行对症治疗,对照组患者按照常规治疗的方法进行平衡水电解质酸碱度、补液、胃肠减压或禁食。结果:治疗后治疗组患者肛门排气时间提前,而且胃肠减压量减少明显,保守治疗有效率高,病程缩短,两组结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上用奥曲肽联合地塞米松辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻,能缩短病程,提高保守治疗有效率,在临床有一定的使用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of oetretide joint dexamethasone in patients with adhesion ile- us. Method 59 patients with adhesion ileus were randomly divided into two groups,including control group and therapeutie group. Control group was treated with traditional treatment,and therapeutie group with octretide joint dexamethasone in combination with traditional treat- ment. The effects of the two groups were eompared. Results The effeets of the two groups were different. Remission rate of therapeutic group was more than that of control group, whieh had significantly different. The Anal exhaust time of therapentie group was earlier than that of control group. The average volume of gastrointestinal deeompression of therapeutic group was less than that of control group. Conclusion Oetretide joint dexamethasone combination with traditional treatment ean be more effective to the patients with adhesion ileus.
