摘要
目的:探讨老年慢传输型便秘中医治疗疗效。方法:采用济川煎合四逆散对38例老年慢传输型便秘患者进行治疗并观察疗效。结果:治愈15例,好转21例,无效2例,总有效94.7%。结论:济川煎合四逆散能有效改善老年慢传输型便秘患者的症状,可为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the elderly transit constipation in Chinese medicine therapy. Method Used Jichuan Sinisan decoc- tion to treat 38 elderly patients with slow transit constipation and obserued the effect. Results 15 cases were aued, 21 cases turned better, 2 eases had.no effect. Total effective rate was 94. 7%. Conclusion Jichuan Sinisan decoction can be effective in treating elderly transit constipation and could be an ideal therapy method.
